Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Budtender, where you will be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our customers exploring our cannabis products. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs and preferences
Educate customers on product features, effects, dosages, and consumption methods through engaging product demos
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain accurate stock levels through merchandising, stocking shelves, and inventory management
Upsell products by highlighting new items or complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding age verification and product storage
Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
Assist with visual merchandising to create attractive displays that promote featured products
Support the team with basic retail math for daily sales reconciliation and inventory counts
Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or popular items while ensuring safety protocols are followed

Experience

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or specialty retail environment
Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in managing team members or shifts
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential
Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued for connecting with diverse customers
Experience in upselling, merchandising, stocking, and customer service enhances your effectiveness in this role
Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about industry-specific regulations and product details is preferred
Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash reconciliation are necessary

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
